Referral Program Terms
Notice regarding the language priority of the web terms.
In the event of any inconsistencies, contradictions or errors in translation between the English and Czech versions of our web terms, the Czech version shall be the primary and final terms. Czech conditions take precedence and will always apply over English conditions. If you have any questions about the content or interpretation of the Website Terms, please contact us for further information and clarification.
Please read the warning below regarding the LesbianPlanet Referral Program:
- It is illegal for us or a participant in the LesbianPlanet referral program to persuade anyone to pay and promise benefits from the referral program.
- Don't be fooled by the claims that high earnings can be easily achieved by participating in the affiliate referral program.
- Although we do not require any payment from referring users to participate in the Referral Program, we are required by law to notify you.
1. Introduction: These Referral Program Terms are additional terms that apply when you use the LesbianPlanet Referral Program. These Referral Program Terms form part of your agreement with us. 2. Interpretation: In these Referral Program Terms, defined terms have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use for All Users. In addition:a) “Referral User” is also referred to as “you” or “your” in these Referral Program Terms;
b) "Referred User" means a person who joins LesbianPlanet through a Referral User's unique link.
3. What is the LesbianPlanet Referral Program?LesbianPlanet offers a referral program through which existing users can introduce people to LesbianPlanet. Users who sign up through a unique link from a Referral User will appear on the Referral Program page with the Referral User. Once one of these users purchases a VIP package, the referring user will be credited with 50% of the VIP package amount.
4. LesbianPlanet Referral Program Rules:a) Only LesbianPlanet users with an active user account can participate in the referral program. If a user's account has been suspended or terminated or deleted by a user for any reason, that user will not be eligible to participate in the Referral Program.
b) You will need to go through a verification process on the My Premium page in order to receive referral payments under the Referral Program.
c) Each User has a unique referral link that the User can share with others. When sharing your unique referral link, you must not impersonate LesbianPlanet or create the impression that your referral link is being shared or promoted by us. You may not use Google Ads or any similar advertising platform or search engine advertising service to share or promote your unique referral link. Upon our request, you must disclose the ways in which you share your unique referral link.
d) The Referred User must click on your unique referral link and then register with LesbianPlanet using the same browser they used to click on your unique referral link. If someone signs up other than using your unique referral link, we will not link that account to your referral and you will not be paid for purchasing VIP packages.
e) You agree that when promoting LesbianPlanet in any way as a Referral User:
I. you will not create a false impression about LesbianPlanet, the services, programs and content made available through LesbianPlanet, its users or the Terms of Service; and
II. you will not make any representations that suggest to a potential user that a potential user will earn a certain amount of money (or any money) by using LesbianPlanet. 5. Referral Payments:a) How are referral payments calculated?
Once the referred user becomes a registered user and purchases one of the VIP packages, in accordance with the rules of the referral program described above, the referring user will be paid a commission of 50% of the price of the purchased package.
VAT: If you are a Referral User, you should be aware that any Referral Payments we are required to pay you will include any VAT (as defined in Creator Terms of Use) that is or will be charged for any earnings you make, except as provided in "Tax and VAT compliance support” in Terms of use for creators.
b) Warning: In accordance with the Fair Trading Act Regulation, please read the warning below regarding the LesbianPlanet Referral Program:
I. It is illegal for us or a participant in the LesbianPlanet Referral Program (including Referrals and Referred Users) to persuade anyone to pay and promise benefits from the referral program.
II. Don't be fooled by the claims that high earnings can be easily achieved by participating in the referral program. 6. Our Referral Program Rights.a) We may change any aspect of the Referral Program at any time (including how Referral Payments are calculated) or terminate the Referral Program at any time, but no change will deprive any Referral User of any Referral Payments they have already received based on User Payments previously made by the Referred User; before the changes took effect.
7. Circumstances in which we may withhold referral payments:a) We may withhold all or any part of referral payments due to you but not yet paid:
I. if we believe that you have seriously or repeatedly violated, or may have seriously or repeatedly violated, any part of the Terms of Service;
II. if you attempt or threaten to violate any part of the Terms of Service in a way that has or could have serious consequences for us or another user (including actual or potential loss caused to us or another user); or III. if we suspect that all or any part of the referral payments due to you are the result of illegal or fraudulent activity, whether by you, the user who made the payment to the referred user, or the referred user. 8. For the time necessary to investigate an actual, threatened or suspected breach by you or suspected illegal or fraudulent activity (as applicable). If, after our investigation, we determine that (i) you have materially or repeatedly violated any part of the Terms of Service; (ii) you have attempted or threatened to violate any part of the Terms of Service in a manner that has or may have serious consequences for us or another user (including actual or potential loss caused to us or another user), and/or (iii) all or any some of the referral payments due to you are the result of illegal or fraudulent activity,b) We may also withhold all or any portion of Referral Payments due to you but not yet paid if we receive notice that you have secured, encumbered, mortgaged, assigned or otherwise permitted a lien on Referral Payments. We accept no obligation to pay referral payments to third party liens and may withhold payment of earnings until the lien is removed.
c) We shall not be liable to you if we withhold or forfeit any payment due to you under the Referral Program where we are entitled to do so under these Referral Program Terms.
d) If we withhold all or any portion of Referral Payments due to you and we determine that the portion of Referral Payments withheld by us is unrelated to your violation of the Terms of Service or suspected illegal or fraudulent activity, you will be paid the portion of referral payments that are unrelated to your violation of the Terms of Service or suspected illegal or fraudulent activity. However, you agree that if we determine that your breach of the Terms of Service has caused or may cause us a loss, we may withhold any referral payments due to you but not yet paid and we may set such amounts against any losses suffered.
